St. Johnsville 1830s Stone Mill converted to luxury waterfront estate by waterfalls on Mohawk River inlet Timmerman Creek

Bolter sifter wheel mechanism in upper left attached to ceiling. Over kitchen island are original grain funnels.

Steel roller Mill machine. Laying on top is a wheel dresser tool to put groves in mill stone.

At left is an electric roller mill. Gearing for gate valve for turbine at bottom level.

Electric power to St. Johnsville was turned on by Guy Beardslee on St. Patrick's' Day 1898 and subsequently utilized by the Mill around that time

Scale to weigh flour bags. Shown is 140lb bag.

Upper left is is sign from previous owners store in town. Hand made used augers used to move grain.

Half bath on main level. Curved stone window to allow maximum light to avoid need for candles.

Maple counters made of shop benches.

Breakfast nook looking out front of mill thru entry that brought grain in. Original floors.

Commercial kitchen. Immediate left is a 15'6" one piece custom made oak cabinet.

Willowing machine. Separates grain from grist. Dining room in foreground. In distance is railing that looks into atrium. Atrium was originally access to the top of the 30' x 8' waterwheel. Antique washing machine.

Center is a newer version of Willowing machine.
